Patent Pathways® is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing barriers to equal opportunity in the patent bar through free, virtual education, practical exercises, and financial support.

Law Firm Partners are an integral part of the Patent Pathways® Program. Your support allows individuals to partake in the program, register for the patent bar and jumpstart their career without incurring a financial burden. Partners have the opportunity to interview and hire participants directly from the program, and gain visibility across Patent Pathways® social media channels, website, and related publicity.

• Ability to mentor new practitioners and share your experiences in patent law

Tiered Annual Partnership Opportunities (by size of firm):

• • Micro (4 or less): $1,000/year
  • Mid-sized (5-25): $2,500/year
  • Large (26 or more): $5,000/year

1. Request an invoice here.
2. You will be provided with an invoice in the designated amount along with a W-9.
3. You can then send a check made payable to Patent Pathways via mail to:

If your organization is a client/member of the Benevity Causes Portal, please search for Patent Pathways and you can make your monetary contribution within the portal.
